This 239 sf shared reception area space rents for $405/month. We can rent month-to-month or by lease. The space has a bathroom, which is not included in the rent. The bathroom must be shared with other tenants and the public. Rent includes a bathroom and kitchen area, garbage, sewer, water, electricity, Hunter high-speed internet, and heating/air conditioning. This reception area also has an indoor security camera.

This 216 sf space rents for $465/month and includes a private bathroom. We can rent month-to-month or by lease. Rent includes a shared reception area, bathroom and kitchen area, garbage, sewer, water, electricity, Hunter high-speed internet, and heating/air conditioning.
